Important license notice: Unless a written agreement signed by urZONE expressly states otherwise, all urZONE products, software, plugins, themes, templates, dashboards, documentation, digital downloads, hosted services, and related materials are licensed—not sold. Your purchase gives you only the limited rights described in the applicable product listing, checkout terms, license terms, and this disclaimer.

1. Scope

This Product & License Disclaimer applies to products and services made available by urZONE, including but not limited to WordPress plugins, themes, templates, software code, configuration files, installation materials, documentation, tutorials, dashboards, hosted tools, automation workflows, Proxmox-related tools, terminal services, Cloudflare integrations, Nginx integrations, digital downloads, and subscription-based or managed services.

This page should be read together with urZONE’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product-specific terms, checkout disclosures, and any written agreement between you and urZONE. If a separately signed written agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls only to the extent of that conflict.

2. License, not ownership

Except where urZONE expressly provides a separate written assignment of intellectual-property rights, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased or subscribed product in accordance with the plan, product listing, documentation, and license restrictions provided at the time of purchase.

urZONE and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the products and services, including all software, source code, object code, designs, layouts, names, trademarks, trade dress, documentation, workflows, configurations, improvements, updates, and derivative works.

Purchasing a product, receiving a download, receiving access credentials, receiving a website clone, or receiving access to a hosted platform does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, source-code ownership, resale rights, distribution rights, or any other ownership interest to you.

3. Permitted use

Subject to payment and continued compliance with applicable terms, you may use the product for the number of websites, domains, users, environments, containers, installations, or projects included with your selected plan or written license.

You may make reasonable backup copies for your own authorized use. You may make ordinary configuration changes needed to operate the product in your own permitted environment, unless the product listing or a separate license states otherwise.

4. Prohibited use

Unless urZONE gives you prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, loan, assign, transfer, sublicense, or share any urZONE product or service.
Make a product, theme, plugin, template, dashboard, code package, service, or derivative work available to another person, business, client, marketplace, repository, hosting platform, or public website.
Remove, obscure, alter, or bypass copyright notices, license notices, access controls, subscription checks, product identifiers, or other proprietary notices.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive source code, trade secrets, workflows, credentials, or underlying methods except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Use the product to build, market, sell, or provide a competing product, service, template, plugin, platform, or hosted offering.
Share access credentials, API credentials, license keys, downloads, documentation, private support materials, hosting access, terminal access, or dashboard access with unauthorized persons.
Use the product for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
Use urZONE infrastructure to host malware, conduct phishing, send spam, evade security controls, conduct denial-of-service activity, mine cryptocurrency without written authorization, or violate any law or third-party service terms.

5. Commercial use and client work

Commercial use, client work, resale, white-label use, agency use, multi-site deployment, hosted use, SaaS use, redistribution, and source-code access are permitted only if the applicable product plan or a separate written license specifically authorizes them.

A standard license does not automatically grant the right to install a product on unlimited client sites, sell the product to clients, include it in a hosted service, redistribute copies, or claim the product as your own work.

6. Digital delivery and access

Digital products may be delivered by download, email, account access, WordPress installation, managed deployment, hosted access, cloned-site provisioning, or another electronic method selected by urZONE. Delivery is considered complete when urZONE makes the product, download, credentials, license information, service access, or hosted environment available to the purchasing account or designated recipient.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address, maintaining access to your account, securing your credentials, and downloading or backing up materials made available to you where downloads are included with your license.

7. Hosted services and third parties

Some urZONE products may interact with or depend on third-party systems, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Proxmox VE, Cloudflare, Nginx Proxy Manager, Stripe, hosting providers, internet service providers, domain registrars, operating systems, browsers, API providers, and open-source software.

urZONE does not control those third parties and does not guarantee their continued availability, pricing, policies, compatibility, uptime, API behavior, security, or feature set. Third-party outages, account restrictions, API changes, service discontinuation, configuration errors, DNS propagation delays, certificate delays, hosting failures, or policy changes may affect the operation of urZONE products or services.

8. Configuration and security responsibility

You are responsible for your own WordPress administration, user accounts, passwords, backups, website content, domain settings, DNS decisions, access permissions, API credentials, server configuration, legal compliance, and security practices unless a separate managed-services agreement expressly states that urZONE will manage a specific item.

You should test all changes in a safe environment where practical. DNS, reverse-proxy, server, terminal, email-routing, SSL, and container settings can affect website availability, email delivery, security, data access, and service continuity. You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to a live environment.

9. No warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL URZONE PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE, DIGITAL GOODS, DOCUMENTATION, DOWNLOADS, HOSTED SERVICES, CONFIGURATIONS, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, URZONE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

urZONE does not warrant that any product or service will meet your requirements, be compatible with every environment, remain available, operate without interruption, be secure from all threats, prevent data loss, produce a particular business result, improve search ranking, increase revenue, guarantee uptime, guarantee email delivery, or remain compatible with future versions of WordPress, PHP, Cloudflare, Proxmox, Nginx, browsers, operating systems, APIs, plugins, themes, or third-party services.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URZONE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, SECURITY, DOMAIN USE, EMAIL DELIVERY, WEBSITE AVAILABILITY, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URZONE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO URZONE FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Support, updates, and compatibility

Support, updates, maintenance, compatibility work, installation assistance, migrations, custom development, and response times are provided only when included in the product listing, service plan, support agreement, or written statement from urZONE.

urZONE may modify, update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, platform changes, product development, or service operation. Where practical, urZONE may provide notice of material service changes, but notice is not guaranteed for urgent security or operational changes.

12. Refunds and chargebacks

Digital-product refunds, service refunds, cancellation rights, subscription changes, and support obligations are governed by the applicable product listing and urZONE Refund Policy. Because digital materials, credentials, downloads, software access, or hosted services may be delivered immediately, eligibility for a refund may be limited after delivery, access, download, activation, configuration, or provisioning.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, contact urZONE using the published support channel and provide a reasonable opportunity to review the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or misuse of a payment reversal process may result in suspension or termination of licenses, downloads, services, accounts, and support.

13. Suspension and termination

urZONE may suspend or terminate access, licenses, downloads, services, support, or hosted resources if you violate applicable terms, fail to pay amounts due, use the product unlawfully, compromise system security, infringe intellectual-property rights, misuse credentials, initiate fraudulent activity, or create a material risk to urZONE, other users, or third-party providers.

Upon termination, your right to use the affected product or service ends unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations, prohibited use, and enforcement survive termination.

14. Intellectual-property reporting

If you believe urZONE material has been used, copied, distributed, or sold without authorization, contact urZONE through the official support or legal contact method listed on this website. Include enough information to identify the material, the alleged unauthorized use, the relevant URL or location, and your contact information.

15. Changes to this page

urZONE may update this Product & License Disclaimer to reflect product changes, service changes, security practices, legal requirements, or business operations. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use of a product or service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
